Welcome to Evidio ("Service"), a web application for organizing and managing document folders and related information. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Evidio platform, including its software, branding, design, and related intellectual property, belongs to its owner unless otherwise stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evidio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or unauthorized access to user accounts arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
